Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened or used products. 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit. 
 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or reactions due to individual skin sensitivities. Please review product descriptions and ingredients lists carefully prior to purchasing.
